Attain Psychology offers telehealth-based counselling and psychology services to individuals, children, adolescents, and professionals across Australia. We support clients from the ages of 12+
We specialise in LGBTQIA+ support, mental health (e.g. anxiety, depression, stress, trauma), neurodiversity-affirming therapy, child and adolescent support, and clinical supervision for early-career psychologists.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
Psychologist Support for LGBTQIA+ Clients (Australia-Wide Telehealth)
Tyrell offers a safe, non-judgemental, and queer-affirming therapeutic space for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Drawing from his own lived experience as a queer psychologist, Tyrell provides warm and inclusive support tailored to your unique journey.

Tyrell uses a neurodiversity-affirming approach, recognising and respecting the unique needs of autistic and ADHD individuals. Therapy focuses on reducing distress and supporting identity and wellbeing, not changing who you are.

Tyrell offers clinical supervision for provisional psychologists and early-career registered psychologists seeking support in:

Note: Supervision is not available for psychometric assessment support.
Supervision is available via telehealth for supervisees across Australia.

Fees
We believe that mental health support should be within reach. Attain Psychology offers low-cost psychology sessions via telehealth, with options to suit different budgets. No GP visit needed to get started.

Introductory Consultation (15 min): FREE
Full session (50 min): $110
Short session (30 min): $60
Supervision (50 min): $130
*Note: Our flat fee is designed to match the typical out-of-pocket 'gap' cost of a Medicare session. While we don't process Medicare rebates, you may be able to claim through private health insurance depending on your cover.
Service Locations
Telehealth sessions can be conducted Australia wide.
Cancellation Policy
A $80 fee is payable for non attendance or where sessions are cancelled within 24-hours. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24-hours before the session to avoid this fee.
