Cancellation Policy

Due to the demand for services, a $95 fee is payable for non attendance or where sessions are cancelled within 24-hours. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24-hours before the session to avoid this fee.

Unfortunately we do not offer bulk-billed sessions. Sessions are also available under NDIS (self- and plan-managed), WorkCover and private health. Please contact us to discuss what options are available. Review our FAQs for more information.

How to book an appointment

Tyrell offers an initial free 15 minute phone consultation, after which you will be able to decide whether or not to schedule an appointment. Alternatively, you can discuss your needs with Tyrell via email.

If we decide to go ahead with scheduling a session we will discuss what options are available, including whether a face to face or telehealth appointment is more suitable. You will be sent an intake form, which includes consent information, which is required to be completed prior to the first session. If applicable, a valid referral must also be submitted prior to the first session.
